We are pleased to announce that our Japanese subsidiary, ECOTS JAPAN Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Hiromasa Oda), signed a “Kyoto Bank Positive Impact Finance” agreement with Kyoto Bank (President and CEO: Mikiya Yasui) on September 12, 2024. Positive impact finance comprehensively analyzes and evaluates the impact of corporate activities on the environment, society, and economy, and supports. In addition, our evaluation and impact finance implementation system have been evaluated based on the results of a third-party opinion by Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (JCR) stating that our evaluation and impact finance implementation system comply with the “Principles for Positive Impact Finance” published by the United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative (UNEP FI).
